Behavior Management Monitor
The behavior management monitor works directly with Boston area parents/caregivers in their homes and community-based settings to implement behavior and safety plans designed to reduce/ eliminate challenging behaviors and increase more socially acceptable, developmentally/age appropriate behaviors.  Under the supervision of a Master’s level Behavior Management Therapist grounded in applied behavioral analyst techniques, the assistant also reports on progress toward goals, or lack of, in order for the therapist to modify plans. 
 
This is a Fee for Service (hourly wage) position with flexible afternoon and early evening hours, possibly weekend hours.  A passion for working with children/youth and families in their environment essential. 
 
Bachelor degree in a human services field from an accredited university and one (1) year of relevant experience working with families, children or adolescents who require behavior management, OR an associate’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience working with families, children or adolescents who require behavior management.  
Bilingual (Spanish – English) candidates needed.

APRN (Bilingual Spanish Speaking)

Our Center for Behavioral Health is currently seeking a Bilingual (Spanish Speaking)  APRN to:
 
  • Provide psychopharmacological services in conjunction with, and under the medical supervision of a Board Certified Psychiatrist
  • Provide high quality mental health services to families, parents, children, and adults in the clinic in compliance with Medicaid and DPH regulations.

The APRN must:
 
  • Be Bilingual Spanish Speaking.
  • Hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing or satisfactory completion of a formal education program; a current certification by a nationally recognized accrediting body approved by the Board for psychiatric nurse mental health specialists; and authorization to practice as a psychiatric nurse mental health specialist by the Board of Registration in Nursing.
  • Maintain authority to practice in expanded role, Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Registration number, Ma Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR) number (M.G.L.c.94CS.7(6)) and National Certification
  • Clinical Nurse Specialist, CNS, RN
