| Behavior Management Monitor |
The behavior management monitor works directly with Boston area parents/caregivers in their homes and community-based settings to implement behavior and safety plans designed to reduce/ eliminate challenging behaviors and increase more socially acceptable, developmentally/age appropriate behaviors. Under the supervision of a Master’s level Behavior Management Therapist grounded in applied behavioral analyst techniques, the assistant also reports on progress toward goals, or lack of, in order for the therapist to modify plans. This is a Fee for Service (hourly wage) position with flexible afternoon and early evening hours, possibly weekend hours. A passion for working with children/youth and families in their environment essential. Bachelor degree in a human services field from an accredited university and one (1) year of relevant experience working with families, children or adolescents who require behavior management, OR an associate’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience working with families, children or adolescents who require behavior management.
