Part-Time Payroll and Administration Specialist

20-25 Hours Per Week

The Payroll and Administration Specialist will be responsible for handling all aspects of the two bi-weekly payroll functions {one each week} of the Agency. See more.

Primary duties will include the following:

Collect timesheets, verify for accuracy, print summary timesheet report, analyze data and manually input the information into ADP Workforce Now. Calculate employees’ compensation based on the company’s policy, union dues and federal and state requirements, ensuring accuracy for over-time and weekend work, for overnight and premium shift differentials, Fee for Service and on call work. Ensure data accuracy for new hires, and adjust payments for employee changes and terminations. Reconcile Payroll register with detailed information on timesheets before finalizing and transmitting to ADP, and analyze for any discrepancies. Update the timesheet data base report for next payroll. Prepare monthly Payroll Journal entries for General Ledger, update and reconcile periodic employee deduction reports ensuring timely payments to the vendors, monitor benefit accruals, and prepare periodic reports for management. Prepare manual checks as needed, process deposit cancellation for terminated employees; notify the Payroll bank account for live checks issued. Maintain personnel files and keep information confidential.

This position will also undertake other Administrative and Executive Office projects/duties as assigned, such as preparing donor acknowledgement letters and reviewing online donations, and other similar projects.

Master Level Supervisor

Master Level Supervisor, LICSW or LMHC required. Provide clinical, supportive, administrative supervision of master level clinicians and bachelor level caseworkers home-community based therapeutic work with children, youth, and families in Boston. Knowledge of and experience with Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative, Department of Children and Families, Mass Health and 3rd party billing desired. CANS certification will be necessary. Experience working children/caregivers that have experienced trauma, behavioral health issues, poverty, isolation, special needs, is necessary. Bilingual (Spanish) Outpatient Clinician

Family Service of Greater Boston (FSGB) is seeking individuals to provide clinic-based treatment. FSGB uses a strengths-based approach and assists individuals to navigate systemic barriers that impede individual and family functioning. Clinician will provide individual, group, couple and/or family therapy using strength and evidenced based therapeutic approaches. Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, outcome tools, comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, psycho-education, referrals, linking clients with community supports (formal and informal), and collaboration. Master's Level Fee for Service Clinician

Dynamic position in an outpatient clinic adding to the capacity of the Helping Fathers Be Fathers Program (HFBF). HFBF has established itself as a unique community provider for 'fatherhood' service providers like DCF, Family and District Courts, probation, and from within the programs at FSGB. FSGB is looking for a team member to implement services that address the unique social and emotional needs of adolescent males, young and mature fathers. The Fee-for-Service position includes direct service with individuals, couples, children, father support group work, and in-person consultations in the field; Experience working with adolescent males, urban-based fathers, and community networks preferred. Applicants must have a Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, psychology, or other related disciplines, and either be independently licensed or actively working towards licensure within 24 months. Bilingual Clinicians

Engaging children, youth, caregivers and families in home and community based therapetuic interventions in Boston. Frequency of visits is dependent of each family's unique needs and circumstances, on average 2ce per week. See more.

FSGB uses a strength based approach, engages as many family members as needed to stabilize children and families, assists families in identifying and securing additional resources for informal or formal social supports. Developing trusting relationships and assisting families to navigate systemic barriers is essential. Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, CANS, comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, psycho-education, referrals, working in teams, linking clients with community supports (formal & informal) and collaboration. Referrals come from various sources, including hospitals, emergency service providers, DCF, self referrals, etc. Requires collaboration skills with public and private organizations on behalf of children, youth and families. Services are often delivered in a team model (Master teamed with Bachelor staff). The Center for Family Based Services at FSGB provides Children's Behavioral Health Initiative services (In Home Therapy, In Home Behavioral Services, and Therapeutic Mentoring) in addition to DCF contracted Family Support and Stabilization services. Full time salaried and Fee for Service positions available.

Qualifications: MSW or related Masters Level (i.e. counseling, psychology). LICSW, LCSW, LMHC or LMFT or eligibility preferred. One to two years minimum experience with at risk children, youth and families is necessary. Experience working with trauma, behavior-emotional disorders, substance use/abuse, working with at risk teens, abuse or neglect, poverty and systemic issues ideal; experience working with children diagnosed on the ASD is a plus.
