· To maintain the stability, quality, and accessibility of our clinical and school-based mental health, substance abuse, and trauma services, home health care and family-based child protective services, long-term residential programs for teen mothers and their children.
· Expand and enhance programs strategically to provide proven, best-practice family, school, and community-based education, prevention, and intervention services to help troubled families avoid crisis, stay together, and break the cycles of poverty, violence and neglect.
· Broaden the impact of our innovative Strong Start, youth development programs and parenting education programs
